How to Navigate
- Log in to your Arthix application dashboard.
- Locate the main left-hand sidebar navigation menu.
- Click on the Contacts icon (the user silhouette ) to open the module.
What are Contacts?
The Contacts Module is a centralized customer data platform that stores essential information—such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses—for every individual interacting with your business. It serves as the foundational database for powering targeted messaging, automated workflows, and audience analytics within the Arthix platform.

You should use the Contacts Module to centralize your audience data, build hyper-specific segments for WhatsApp broadcasts, and trigger automated workflows based on profile updates or tagging.

Core Capabilities
- Rich Profiles: Store primary and secondary contact details, profile pictures, and active/inactive statuses.
- Powerful Tagging: Add tags to contacts for deep segmentation. Tags work with single or multiple contacts at once and can trigger automated Workflow events.
- Bulk Operations: Select multiple contacts to instantly apply tags, remove tags, delete profiles, or bulk-send WhatsApp template messages.
- Advanced Filtering: Quickly find contacts using autocomplete search or by filtering specific tags, adjusting your view to 25, 50, or 100 rows per page.
The Contacts Module is not just an address book. When you assign a new Tag to a contact or update their profile, those actions can be used as triggers to automatically send WhatsApp Campaigns or start automated Workflows!
